Sangeetha Mobiles - Refund of 6000 refused by Sangeetha mobiles
Aditya Garg filed complaint against Sangeetha Mobiles on Aug 25, 2024
I placed an order for a charger on Sangeetha Mobiles website. Paid through credit card, money got deducted from credit card but order was not placed.
On checking with bank, they have mentioned that merchant has claimed full payment but Sangeetha mobiles is saying that they have not received any amount.
I don't know how to get refund for this now. Can someone please help?
