This is to inform you that I had booked ** tickets for ** person from Mumbai to TRV and return Kochi to Mumbai. Journey date was **/**/**** and return tickets was **/**/****. Due to flight cancellation the journey date was reschedule to **/**/**** and return journey tickets was **/**/****. Again flight were cancel due to covid pandemic. Since then we are trying for refund. Out of ** tickets ** tickets were booked through AirIndia site and remaining ** tickets were booked through Goibibo. Ecommerce has sent the message that they had refunded the amount on ** feb, ****. But amount is not credited to my account. The message was sent to ecommerce to sent the details and which account and bank they have credited the refund. Till date they have not replied.It was group booking for Kerala tour.ticket numbers are as follows

Also I have attached the bank statements of both my banks for the month of February which are as follows.please look into this matter and provide us refund as soon as possible.
