I booked the Hotel in Feb end for the future date of April, but due to some medical emergency I was unable to travel so I cancelled the booking in March starting and the Goibibo Team Promised to do the Refund in * working days but it's more than *.* months no refund received...shared my another bank details, bank statements to them still pending....I've contacted then **+ time they only give timeline **-**hrs and do nothing. Really frustrated and Unhappy. I want my money back
