Due to Covid ** my flight was cancelled, I requested them to cancel my ticket and refund the money.
The cancellation was done via AirIndia call centre. For refund they advised me to drop an email to ecommerce@airindia.in, which I did.
There was no reply / acknowledgement from their side and after waiting for a few days I called them to which they replied please wait for ** days
After ** days I called them several times to which they would request me to wait for another * - * days.
After a month I got an email from the ecommerce team telling me you need to contact AI call centre for the refund.
I have been contacting the AI call centre and they ask me to keep on waiting. They never give me a proper answer / status of the refund or whom to contact for the refund.
Its more * months now I not received my refund.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
