I have asked for product cancellation on ** th they asked me to wait till **th . Today it is **st. Neither they have processed my refund not they have cancelled.
Even yesterday I spoke to one of the agent he told it will be solved by end of the day. Nothing happened. When I asked about the status today they are again asking me to wait for more ** hours.
Please help me to get my refund back
