I received the two items shirts women total **** from the souled store from mira road on **th April and I gifted my best friend shirts but two items don't suits fit her and I went from the souled store in Mira road and asked person about request to return two items and refund but Mohit said they can't provide refund and they can give me credit notes. I thought I respected the souled store policy rule but I came to know from my friend told me and check Google if the souled store shop will be able to return/exchange and eligible to refund which i wasn’t aware of it. Mohit staff gave me credit notes points and received the other items shirt men total **** and remaining amount ***.
I would like to request that I want to return two shirts men and full refund **** from the souled store in Mira Road.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
