The Souled Store - Package delivered in very poor manner

I got this package after five is when it is out for delivery. The delivery boy came and gave me the package but it was already opened and torn and all wet also the T-shirt inside it was in a bad condition. It was totally wet and dirty. Then asked the delivery person to take it back. He refused and said to exchange it, or return it but I couldn’t see it was delivered in the app
