Amisha Bhadauria filed complaint against Ajio on Feb 12, 2021
I had placed an order of a handbag on ** Jan **** for which I made the payment with Net Banking. Firstly, when I received shipment email it was marked as COD, even after sending so many emails to Ajio Costumer service the issue was not resolved so I hadn't accepted the order and asked for refund. They said the refund was initiated on **th Jan but I have not still haven't received the amount. I asked them some details which was requested from my bank to track the refund status but now they are not providing those details also. Please help me in this case.
