Booked a ticket from Hyderabad to muscat. But due to covid issues cancelled ticket in the month November it's almost *months till now refund was not received. Bloody fucking service by air India team. Worse airlines I have ever seen....
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
