Travolook - Refund not yet processed

Hello everyone,
This is Nazir Mohammed, I want to share with you all my experience with Travolook, an agent for ticketing through whom I had booked my ticket from Mumbai to Dubai. However my Goair flight was delayed for more than * hours so I had to take another flight. Then I contacted Goair for the refund and they processed the refund of Rs**** in * working days but because I had booked the ticket through Travolook the money went to them and when I contacted Travolook they were not at all cooperative very unprofessional. They indirectly refused to give me my refund which they have received from Goair. I spoke to them many times. They asked me to send an email, I sent the email also few times but I've not yet got the refund. Every time when I call them they stretched the conversation for hours for no result and eventually the call gets disconnected. They didnt allow me to speak to supervisor also. Once I tried to do a conference call with Travolook and Goair but they refused to speak to Goair.
Due to pandemic I was laid off from the job for * months and I have recently joined new company. As many people are suffering post pandemic effects, I'm also not left out. Going through financial hardship. I don't know why they are doing this to me it's a harassment in a way. I want them to credit the refund as soon possible.
