Dunzo bangalore - Refund not yet done

The delivery boy refused to deliver the order asked for the cancellation, hence I had cancelled the order but i refund is not yet done it's been more than **days for now.
To whom should I question?
That dunszo support is of waste it is systematic and automatic reply reply where it don't even get to know the problem of people they are facing.
I need my amount to be refunded.
