i have ordered some products in dunzo the delivery person came to deliver but my phone is silent after ** min i saw the missed calls then the messege as order delivered i have contacted dunzo team they gave me the delivery person number i have contacted him he is telling how many times i called u and i told sorry i kept my phone in silent i* told him to redeliver the order
but he is telling i called u u r not picked the call in the street there was someone standing i asked him is this urs they told yes its mine then i gave the order to them how is it possile without checking my name i have contacted dunzo support team but no response from their side do i filing the complaint
