My Dunzo delivery order dated **/**/**** at **:** pm was cancelled due to unavailability of delivery partner. The refund of Rs.*** was initiated but i haven't received yet. They have no customer care number and I've emailed multiple times but no response.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
