Furlenco pvt ltd - Refund not yet credited

I rented two furniture from furlenco on ****, my subscription get ended in April ****. For furniture they charge some deposit amount which is supposed to be refunded when subscription get over. On **th May **** they took the furniture and on *nd June **** I got the email from them regarding refund of deposit along with the transaction Id and money which would be credited i.e ****.**/-. The mail was showing my account number as well it was clearly written on that the amount will be reflect in your account in * working day. The transaction they done via NEFT. As the day passes I keep checking my account and find that there is no amount credited in account by furlenco in any date. I called in furlenco customer care I have the conversation regarding my issue. They said they will get back to me in * hr, this happened with me till **th June **** ,I keep asking them regarding refund and they keep replying like that only, but they never get back to me via call. Then I emailed them and ask them about the details, on **th June then sent me screenshot of all the transaction details by saying that, they credited refund amount in my account on *st June **** via NEFT. And suggest me to check my ministatement. I sent my ministatement to them on **st and also spoke to my bank that is PNB regarding this, my bank said, ask furlenco there bank name and also the account number from which they transferred the money. As the transaction has done via NEFt then the beneficiary’s bank has no liability regarding the issues. And they also tell me to ask furlenco whether they might get back the money which they supposed to be credited as sometimes online transaction has this kind of issues. I again called the furlenco customer care again they did the same by hanging up the call. So I emailed them for asking the bank name account number from which they credited refund in my account. But they didn’t respond yet. This is more then ** days now I haven’t got my money reflecting in my account. And they did not responded me nicely.
