Jet Airways - Refund not transferred after 10 days

I have canceled the Jet Airways tickets on **th August,**** and have been waiting for the refund ever since. It is a huge amount of **** euros for me. I have been given the standard reply "We are looking into the matter". Could any executive take responsibility and redirect this complain to Neha Gawandalkar or Cyprena Dsouza who have already asked for my bank details and forwarded mails to the Revenue Accounts team.
It is my sincere request to take the necessary steps. I am in need of that money. Please help me out here!
