I had booked a ticket for * passengers from Bangalore to Delhi for **/**/****. In starting of february month, I got a mail from jet airways regarding cancellation of the flight. Then I contacted Jet Airways and they rescheduled it. Then again I got a mail regarding cancellation of rescheduled flight. So I asked them to refund my money and they assured me of full refund. Its more than three months now but I have not received my amount. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible.
