ARULPANDIAN S filed complaint against HATHWAY on Aug 3, 2021
Dear Sir/Madam,
This is Arulpandian I was using Hathway Internet Device. I surrendered into the company but they didnt give me the refund amount as per company policy. and also I was using another account modem in same hathway they are calling to collect the device when i asked the previous refund amount they didnt reply me. they are sending legal notice only to collect the device from me. kindly take this request as complaint who will be responsible for refund amount.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
