I booked a ticket through cleartrip on *st May **** and my journey date is *rd May **** of GoFirst Flight. Due to some reasons GoFirst cancelled their all flights in India & my flight was also cancelled. I called cleartrip for refund they told me that you have to contact GoFirst first and ask for refund from them. After sometime I got a mail from GoFirst team that they have refunded all the money from their side to merchant and customer. Then after I again called cleartrip and told them that I got a mail from GoFirst that they have refunded the amount after that they told me that we don't get any refund from GoFirst. When we recieve the refund from GoFirst we will automatically refund it to your original payment method but it's been more than a month now and they didn't refund my money yet.
Please help me to get out from this.
