i have ordered fossil watch from amazon on *th July **** and the product was returned on **rd July ****. I have called many times and i have being told that your complained is registered and it will be resolved within * days. Now its **th September **** and still when I call them than they gave me same excuses and they will put my call on hold for **-** minutes. When I talked to the executive manager than he told me that "We will not be refunding your money". I am frustrated of calling them over and over. Very disappointed with amazon services, they do not track their delivery man because of which one has to suffer economically and mentally.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
