We purchased * flight tickets from cleartrip for **th April,****. Flight details : PNR: DPDS*R Flight: Indigo , ClearTrip Trip ID:************ form Kolkata to Mumbai. Because of the lockdown we rescheduled the tickets directly from indigo website and changed the date of travel to **th Aug,**** by paying Rs.****. Later, Since the passengers were senior citizens we decided to cancel the trip in view of the current Covid-** situation, so on *th July we cancelled the ticket directly from the indigo website. They said the refund amount is Rs.**** after deducting all cancellation charges. We waited for some time for the refund but did not receive any then we contacted indigo's customer care and got to know that the refund has been sent to cleartrip. We tried reaching the cleartrip support but are unable to reach.
We are already losing a lot of amount in cancellation and are unable to get the refund amount which is promised by the airlines. Kindly help us resolve this.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
