Cleartrip and Indigo - i want to reschedule my flight due to COVID 19

I along with ** of my family members are passengers on an Indigo Airlines flight, Flight #*E***,#*E****, #*E**** & #*E***. This is a domestic return flight between Lucknow and Bagdogra.
The flight is scheduled to depart from Lucknow at **** hrs on **th sept **** and arrive at Bagdogra at **** hrs the same day. The trip back home to Lucknow from Bagdogra is scheduled on **th Sept **** at **** hrs. This is part of a roundtrip for us. My home location is Lucknow.

Although both our home location and destination location are still allowing travel, we have decided not to travel for safety reasons. We will therefore not be traveling on the airlines for our scheduled trip.

My tickets were booked as part of a group of ** passengers, each of whom are members of my family, who have nominated me to write to you on their behalf. We have * kids travelling with us and do not wish to endanger their lives in these horrific times. We also tried contacting local authorities in Bagdogra who have discouraged us from making the trip at this point in time. Because of the above, I am requesting to be able to reschedule my flight at a later date. I realize this may be in the form of a credit to my account.
