Vijay Sai filed complaint against Swiggy on Oct 22, 2019
I had ordered food on **th October *:** PM. In ** mins i get a call stating the delivery guy crashed and a replacement will be ordered and delivered. I had checked the replacement order found missing items and hence I had a chat with the support and they said they cannot add and will give refund for the same and then the delivery guy calls saying he also crashed his bike and cannot deliver the order and i again connected with the support and they were not able to reorder this time and then said will offer refund i agreed and then said no only voucher and then refund and finally closed. Today **nd October i contacted support and they said no refund was raised at all and they said they will refund half the amount and the other half is to be forgotten and swiggy cant do anything about it.
The first order placed was * items at a price *** Rs and the order was cancelled as the delivery person met with an accident so swiggy called and informed that they will replace the order and instead of ordering * items they ordered only two for *** rs and now they can give a refund of *** and rest they can't do anything.
