I ordered a pair of sandals worth Rs ****.** on **/**/**** for which I made prepaid payment through SBI SF account on the same day. Since the size I selected was not proper I made email on **/**/**** to the company to cancel the order. However, the company informed that package is dispatched I may return the same to the delivery boy without accepting it. Now, the company is saying that the refund is completed. However, I have not received the amount in the stated bank account even after repeated follow up. I have shared my bank statement several times as proof that I have not received the payment till date (after approx * month). I am fed up of following up with the company every day. However, the company is not giving due priority to my matter. I need a refund.
