I ordered a pair of sandals worth Rs ****.** on **/**/**** for which I made prepaid payment through SBI SF account on the same day.Since, the size I selected was not proper, I made e mail on **/**/**** to the company to cancel the order,howeveer, the Company informed that package is dispatched , I may return the same to the delivery boy without accepting it. Now, the Company is saying that refund is completed, however I have not received the amount in the stated bank account even after repeated follow up. I have shared my bank statement several times as a proof that I have not received the payment till date (after approx * month).I am fed up of following up with the Company every day, however the Company is not giving due priority to my matter. I need my refund.
