I ordered a belgian truffle cale from heaven the bakery located in Aliganj, Lucknow on **th januray, **** which declined from the delivery partner's end and the refund of which has not yet been reflected or initiated. The chat support in the app is not at all useful in solving the issue and no customer care number is provided elsewhere so I want the refund which amounts to ***.**
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
