Travolook - Refund not recieved

Vijay filed complaint against Travolook on Apr 1, 2021

I have booked flight ticket from Bangalore to Vishakapatnam on ** th March after * min they called and informed fare has been increased by ****, would you like to proceed or cancel it? then I said please cancel it they they told that the refund will be initiated and will be recieved in ** working days. I have called the customer care and they told that they have not initiated refund as they have technical issues.
From internet reviews I came to know that this is a fraud company.
