Goibibo - Refund Not Recieved From Goibibo

I had made a Spicejet flight booking for my parents from Hyderabad to Kolkata for *.*.**.

Pnr KDY*TZ

I had to cancel it as my father suffered from heart failure and is unfit for airtravel till further notice.

All medical documents were shared on **.**.** as requested by goibibo

No response obtained from goibibo and status still shows as "special claim raised"

On *nd Feb I had to mail the medical documents personally to spicejet airlines following which, goibibo app shows "special claim raised via other channel"

This last request still stand as "refund request filed with airlines"

The next step is "refund recieved from airlines", and with every passing day, the expected dateof refund is getting postponed.
* days back the expected date was *th feb, * days back it was **th feb, and now its **th feb.

And today i recieved a mail from goibibo that the refund will be in the form of a voucher which i can use for one year. This option was not even available when i had raised the special claim on medical grounds. I had clearly chosen the option of "refund to source" as shown in the app.

I just feel goibibo is stealing my money nothing else.

Please tell me what to do next?
