I had booked the above tickets from my parents on Air india flight on **/**/**. Due to change of flight timing abruptly from their side I had to cancel the ticket as it disrupted my further itinerary on **/**/** from phone based customer services.On mailing ecommerce@airindia.in they acknowledge on December**/** and asked *-* weeks for refund. Still no refund and no reply to further E mails
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
