cred - Refund not recieved for failed BOB credit card payment

I had made payment of rupees ***** against the BOB credit card bill payment on *-Oct-**** .The payment of Rs.**,***.** (Rs.**,***.** from the source account and Rs.*.** from CRED balance) with Order ID YZ*DR*****X* made towards the X-**** (Bank of Baroda) credit card has failed on * Oct '** .

But till date the refund is not credited to my connected bank account.I raised the issue with GRED Grievance officer and also provided the bank statement from *-**-**** to **-**-**** in which it is reflected that amount is not credited in my account.
