I had booked a gas cylinder of bharat gas using my customer ID through cred. The amount got deducted and the app informed me that within **hrs the booking will be confirmed. It's been * weeks nothing has been done. After sending them infinite reminders, messages, mailing to the grievance officer. Nothing has worked and they are still delaying the same.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
