Basavaraj HC filed complaint against Cred on Jun 21, 2023
Made a UPI payment of **** through CRED to Mr. Devraj on **Jun****. First payment has failed and the second payment was successful. Amount deducted during the first attempt hasn't been refunded yet. Cred support is very bad, its very hard to reach a their team. Cred has an auto message, which informs us to contact our bank. I contacted HDFC and they informed us to contact CRED. But the amount is debited and neither of them are taking responsibility. HDFC people respond, CRED is worst in support
