I am student and on *th april i booked * tickets from srinagar to delhi (return tickets) and due to company fault my tickets got cancelled and customer service told me they will refund my money within **-** working but it has been now ** days but they are fooling me again and again telling me the same thing that they have initiated refund but issue is not solved im very frustrated now please please please solve my issue as soon as Possible
Other i will move to higher courts
