Hello sir/mam

I ordered Xiaomi redmi note * *+*** on **/**/**** ORDER #SR***** and that order was cancelled and ****.**rs refund is not received to me i talk cashify app executives they every time said refund is success please talk to bank i talked with bank and they raised chargeback/dispute request and that request rejected by merchant bank SBI please solve this problem i am so worry for my money please talk with your bank and solve my problem.

Bank said ' The State Bank of India
has rejected the Pre-arbitration
request,which confirms that the
merchant has provided you the
required services as per their TnCs
We further request you to reach
out to the merchant for any further
queries regarding the same
