Cashify - Iphone 12 pro max

I am filing this complaint against Cashify for selling me sub-standard, defective goods and causing me extreme mental harassment over the last month. I paid for a premium iPhone ** Pro Max (Order ID SOID******** ), but what I have received is a series of "replacements" that are all broken.
The Facts:
I have been given THREE different phones by Cashify, and not one of them works:
*. Phone *: Had a display defect right out of the box.
*. Phone *: The back camera stopped working completely while I was on a trip to Manali. I was stuck in the middle of my journey with a dead camera, unable to take a single photo or video. This ruined my trip and caused me huge stress.
*. Phone * (Current): This is the worst of all. It clearly has a cheap, local duplicate screen. It has "Ghost Touch" issues where it clicks things on its own, and the keyboard has "dead zones" where the touch doesn't work at all.
Deficiency in Service they claims to do "**-point quality checks," but they have sent me three broken phones in a row. This is a clear case of cheating and unfair trade practices under the Consumer Protection Act. I have wasted weeks chasing their customer support, and I am done with their "refurbished" excuses.
My Demands for Settlement:
I am not going to accept a fourth "refurbished" unit from the same defective stock, nor am I interested in a simple refund that doesn't cover my loss of time and mental peace.
*. Upgrade to a Brand-New / Sealed iPhone ** Pro Max: Since Cashify cannot provide a working refurbished unit, they must provide a brand-new or upgraded unit as a resolution.
*. Financial Compensation: I demand compensation for the harassment and the fact that the phone failed me during my Manali trip.
I have videos of the ghost touch and proof of the camera failure. I will not withdraw this complaint until a satisfactory upgrade or compensation is provided.
