Swati filed complaint against Ixigo on Nov 1, 2020
I booked two-way flight tickets with Ixigo and the flight was once rescheduled in July ending up in a total refund of the amount INR ****. This refund has not yet been issued by Ixigo. They mentioned that by mistake they missed this refund amount and didn't realize that they were supposed to return it to me.
The flights eventually got canceled in August due to COVID and a refund of INR **** is still pending. I am chasing ixigo for the last three months and they again said by mistake they forgot to initiate the refund.
Every time I call customer care, I hear that they are working and it is under process. The standard time they mention is * to ** business days but it has been three months since that request is under process. I hear the same thing every time that please wait for ** to ** hours and end up calling again after the wait.
A total refund of amount INR ***** is pending with Ixigo but clearly, they are persistent with their unprofessionalism in resolving my request.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
