Refund not received against order no OD****************** , item was cancelled by me before shipping on **th October but till now i have not received refund , when contacted to customer care they are saying that item needs to be reached to seller and after that refund will be issued and asking me to wait till **th October for item to return to seller and after that seller will initiate refund within * days. If the item is not shipped they why the question of return is coming , flipkart is simply denying service and ownership and its causing inconvenience to me and i am feeling cheated . I want refund immediately
