I have booked my mother's flight ticket from Italy to New Delhi but due to sudden lockdown my mother's flight was canceled. Her scheduled flight was in March ****. After * months on **-Aug-**** i got communication from cleartrip that they have processed the amount in my bank account. and amount will be reflected in my back account in * working days . its been one full month i have not received my refund yet. They have is automated replies everytime no matter what mail you drop to them. they keep on replying with same reply again and again.
really frustrated. worst alight agent ever.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
