I did not received Bangalore refinery *kg silver bar from Amazon on time and had to cancel the order as the tracking details also have not been updated. I have not received the refund from Amazon. Amazon claims and gives me the refund reference number, but bank cannot locate the refund.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
