Flights from USA to India cancelled by airlines on Mar **. Refund from flights to Goibibo done * months back, and Goibibo themselves have confirmed this.
However, despite ** follow-ups over * months, I am yet to get a refund. Each time I am told lies - your refund is being processed now and will reflect within ** working days. This assurance has been given to me on * different calls. And each time it was a lie.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
