I booked flights from Ahmedabad to Bali for April. I had to cancel the flights due to COVID-**. I was promised full refund amounting to INR ******, but received only INR *****. Even after multiple follow ups on mail, phone calls the query is still unresolved.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
