Flight from Nagpur to Kochi on **th April(PNR-DDI*FY, Trip ID ************) was booked through cleartrip agency. The flight was cancelled by airlines due to Covid-**. Airlines has issued the refund on **th July and confirmation recieved through SMS and also by customer care executive. But the cleartrip agent has not yet refunded the amount back to customer till date. Refund received for return journey from Kochi to Nagpur but the amount for Nagpur to Kochi is still pending.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
