Myntra Design Pvt Ltd - Refund not received

I placed an order on june ** at myntra. And the order id is *******-*******-*******. And later i returned two products from that order for rs. **** and rs. ***. But the issue is, i haven't received my refunds yet.
After so many calls and mails they provided me a ** digit reference no ***************. and said that refunds were processed on july *, but my bank is unable to locate these refunds with this reference no.
It's already been ** days since the refunds were processed but i still haven't received my money back in my bank account.
Now Myntra is constantly saying that they can't help me in this and i should file a dispute with my bank as refunds not processed.
I have tried everything, i lodged a complaint in my bank to track these refunds. But they are also unable to help me in this issue as they are unable to locate these refunds with the help of above given reference no.
Now nobody is ready to solve this matter. And my money has got stuck with them. Please help me out.
