Reliance Digital - Refund not received

I ordered a Lenovo Laptop from Reliance digital on * July. Package arrived on ** July but i rejected the delivery as i found that packaging was tempered. Package reached to seller city on ** July but the seller didn't accept the package and trying to delay the process. I continuously chased Reliance Digital and Courier Partner(Delhivery) for the shipment. Whenever i called reliance digital, they have only one resolution that refund will be initiated only when the shipment return to warehouse but how shipment will return when they are not ready to accept and trying to delay the process. I completely lost all my hopes of getting a refund. I bought the laptop on EMI and i have to make payment to my bank also.This whole incident has become a nightmare for me.
