I have booked a ticket for * Migrant Labour’s from Bangalore to Ranchi for the travel on **-**-****, in GoIbibo
Unfortunately the flight got cancelled and spoken to GoIbibo for the refund - They have told me to Check with airline for the refund, once they have initiated they will process the refund..
After ** days upon my struggle To reach Goibibo is completely flopped all the ways to reach customer care is closed today they have shared an update that they’re creating a credit note for the value of Rs. *****/-
And have told me that I need to book the Tickets for the same passengers before one year I feel I am cheated badly so I need your initiative for the refund..
