Ibibo Group Private Limited - Didn t get refund till now for the flight cancellation

My flight , bearing PNR # PCEMKN, from Bangalore to Kolkata on July **, **** , got cancelled by the GoAir airline. GoAir had refunded the amount to Goibibo with the same mode of payment i.e. Credit Card payment, but Goibibo is issuing only Credit Voucher. That is the first pain point.
Also, they had not issued the credit voucher till now, i raised so many incidents. Incidents ******** , ******** , ******** and ******** are some of them to mention. They had issued voucher of wrong amount due to which I have to raise a new incident again and till now, it is not resolved.
