Dr. Sundararaman Balasubramaniam filed complaint against Tatacliq on Jul 21, 2020
I had ordered * pairs of shoes on the Tata CliQ app.. Initially, they showed, that all was in stock and accepted the payment.
After * days, they send me a notification by email, stating that, one of the shoes is not in stock and that , that amount of Rs ***/- will be refunded.
Now I see,that the app says, that my amount has been refunded, but when I confirmed with the Bank, they say, that NO such refund has been made..

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
