I placed an order on **rd june **** which was a michael kors smartwatch and the product got delivered to me on **th of june. Upon its delivery the package was in used condition so i chose to return the product which means i was supposed to get a changed but same product. On **th of june i received a call from Reliance digital and they told me that they are out of stock with that product and i would get a full refund for my purchase to which i agreed.
Today is **th of july and i have not received my refund.
I have made ***'s of calls and emails to the reliance but no resoultion yet.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
