Hi,
I made an order in tata cliq on **th May ****, it got delivered in * days and the product i received was incorrect, hence I returned on *st Jun ****.
I got an email from tata cliq after many follow up that the refund is processed on *th Jun ****, however the amount is still not returned to my account, and m bank personnel also not able to locate the reference num provided by tata cliq. Tata cliq is not responding properly.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
