British Airways tickets were booked for * from Mumbai to New York and Back (**th May onwards and *rd June **** Return) Goibibo ID no. TUAJZDZ*T. Due to COVID **, flights got suspended. Had asked the agent to cancel the booking with full refund. They assured that it will be done but will take some time. Submission of Cancellation mail was received by me on *th May **** but no refund yet. Contacted British Airways and they say that I qualify for full refund but the agent has not requested yet. Trying to contact the agent but everything is in BOT mode . No human interface available. No mail system where I can narrate my problem. Please help
