Firoz Memon filed complaint against Cleartrip on Jul 6, 2020
I cancelled my Indigo tickets booked via Cleartrip on * April and received a confirmation from Cleartrip that the refund would be processes in *-* days. Next day Indigo confirmed that the payment has been processed and passed to the agent’s (Cleartrip)account.
Since then I have been writing to them and receiving personal and auto replies with promises but not the refund. The Airlines although refunded the amount in a week as promised but the agent is still giving promises.*
